THE STANDARD
Proof-first culture
Community exists to amplify practice. The metric is evidence: what you did, what changed, what you’ll adjust.
Allowed:
- “I ran Loop Breaker; here’s the proof action I completed.”
- “Friction audit revealed X; I removed Y; output improved.”
- “My boundary script failed; here’s what I’ll simplify.”
Not allowed:
- Guru worship
- Diagnosing people
- Selling salvation
- Shaming vulnerability
CIRCLES
Small accountability units
Circles are small groups (3–7) that meet with one purpose: execute protocols and log evidence.
Circle format (25 minutes):
1) 2 min: each person states one sentence outcome
2) 15 min: silent execution (everyone works)
3) 6 min: evidence reports (what moved)
4) 2 min: next-step commitments
No vent marathons. No endless analysis.
CODE OF CONDUCT
Clean rules. Calm strength.
We protect the space so people can practice without being exploited.
NO CLINICAL CLAIMS
No diagnosing
DGUI is not healthcare. Don’t label people or give medical advice.
NO RESCUE DYNAMICS
No savior games
Support is welcome. Dependency farming is not.
EVIDENCE ONLY
Do the reps
Share what you practiced, what changed, and what you’ll adjust.
Community purpose:
The community exists to make practice easier, not to replace your responsibility. You still do the work.
